The recent stoppage and dramatic reduction of US government funding for foreign aid programming have left a devastating gap financing and have had deep repercussions for civil society organizations and the communities they serve by disrupting the vital, often life-saving services and supports that they provide. Through this platform we hope to offer some resources to civil society organizations that are now needing to explore alternate funding models and develop a longer-term sustainable finance strategy.

We know that the most critical support in this moment is immediate and tangible bridge or emergency funding. While we are not funders, we have tried to compile some of those opportunities that are out there in the Bridge and Emergency Funding Options section.
